Privacy and Data

5. Privacy: Current Website Functionality

Form fields are used in the browser to generate a summary; this page’s code does not transmit that content to LSG Oracle or save it in persistent storage. Do not enter identification documents, sensitive data, or real passwords. The hosting provider may process technical access data under its own policies; this notice does not claim that infrastructure logs do not exist. This page has not added advertising trackers or analytics tools.

6. Privacy: Requirements for SaaS Operations

Before receiving real data, the identity and contact information of the data controller, purposes and legal bases, data categories, recipients, vendors, international transfers, retention periods, and a channel for exercising rights must be published. The contract must define the roles of LSG Oracle, the customer, and CMS Nexus. Collection must be limited to what is necessary; public data also requires review of purpose and legal basis. New cookies, integrations, and technologies must be assessed before activation.

7. Rights, Security, and Termination

The service must provide a verifiable process for requests to access, correct, delete, object to processing, and exercise other applicable rights, with identity verification proportionate to the request. Before launch, access controls, customer separation, data protection, logs, backups, and incident response must be validated. Retention, export, deletion, and legal exceptions will be documented. These controls are implementation requirements, not certifications already obtained.

Terms for This Form

Version: 2026-10-20-contact-v1

This consent applies to the contact request. It does not purchase services, create a subscription, or authorize charges. Any engagement requires a specific proposal and contract. Policies are under legal review.

Terms by Request Type

Individual Assessment

Requesting an assessment does not constitute a purchase. Scope, quantity, price, delivery, and terms will be defined in a proposal. Reports support human decision-making.

License / Subscription

Users, volume, term, price, renewal, cancellation, and availability will be defined in a proposal and contract. There is no automatic subscription and no active SLA.

White Label

Use of a proprietary brand, distribution, resale, responsibilities, and intellectual property require express authorization and a White Label agreement.

Recruiting and Training

Job scope, criteria, assessments, training, confidentiality, and responsibilities will be defined by contract. No hiring or performance outcome is guaranteed.

General Inquiries

The information provided is intended to review and respond to the inquiry. This contact does not create a contractual relationship for the provision of services.

Terms of Use and Service Engagement

1. Terms of Use and SaaS License

Browsing this website does not purchase services. Assessments, recruiting, training, licenses, and White Label services require a proposal and contract accepted by authorized representatives. The contract must identify the service provider’s legal entity, address, contact information, country, and scope. The proposed license is limited to the contracted term, users, volume, and features; resale and use of a proprietary brand require specific authorization. This website does not provide for automatic purchases or renewals.

2. Accounts, Permitted Use, and Intellectual Property

When the service becomes operational, each user must use individual credentials and protect their access. Unauthorized access, unauthorized sharing of reports, abusive data collection, discriminatory use, and attempts to bypass limits are prohibited. Content and technology remain the property of their respective owners; the customer retains rights to the data they provide. Rules for suspension, notice, remediation, and termination must be included in the contract, subject to applicable legal rights.

3. 24/7 Availability and Support

The proposed service provides digital access to the SaaS 24 hours a day, seven days a week, following integration with CMS Nexus. This is not a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or continuous human support. Maintenance, incidents, and external dependencies may interrupt access. Availability targets, measurement, notices, support, recovery, and any credits must be defined in an SLA before engagement. No SLA is active in this demonstration.

4. Subscriptions, Limits, Cancellation, and Refunds

Before engagement, the proposal must state the price, currency, taxes, users, assessment volume, billing frequency, term, renewal, overages, and cancellation channel. Expansions and additional charges require terms accepted in advance. Cancellation, effects on access and data export, amounts owed, and refunds must be expressly stated, while respecting mandatory rights in each country. This demonstration does not charge fees, process cards, or create subscriptions.

Assessments, Recruiting, and General Provisions

8. Assessments, Recruiting, and Human Oversight

Reports support human review and do not guarantee hiring, performance, or the absence of risk. Criteria should be job-related, with review for errors, accessibility, and discrimination prevention. Clinical diagnoses or conclusions about sensitive attributes should not be made. Background checks require country-specific review; in the United States, FCRA requirements may apply depending on the service and its use. Training uses authorized materials and environments, without real customer data.

9. Country-Specific Contracts and Changes

Commercial terms and data processing must be adapted to the country of operation and applicable rules. This text does not select a venue or waive mandatory rights. Material changes must be identified by version and communicated to affected customers before taking effect, as required by the contract and law. The legal business name, official channels, and operational appendices still need to be confirmed before engagement.
